• Choose "New Registration", fill in all details and create your account. Login and upload your abstract file (.docx) or (.pdf). You can later on login and follow the review process of your abstract

• Abstract submission opens: September 1, 2025
• Abstract submission deadline: March 1, 2026
• Notification of acceptance: April 1, 2026
• Early bird payment deadline: May 1 2026

Conference fees:

• 550 euro (standard, early bird), after May 1st, 750 euro
• 400 euro (graduate and undergraduate students, early bird), after May 1st, 550 euro
• Registration fee includes welcome reception, lunches and conference excursion

• Payment of the registration fee is the final registration for the conference.
