Key Dates and Fees
Abstract submission opens: September 1, 2025
Abstract submission deadline: Extended to March 16, 2026
Notification of acceptance: April 8, 2026 (Acceptance e-mails have been sent on April 8. You can also check the status of your submission by logging in to your account)
Early bird payment deadline: May 1 2026 (Payment is your final registration for the conference)
Conference fees:
550 euro (standard, early bird), after May 1st, 750 euro
400 euro (graduate and undergraduate students, early bird), after May 1st, 550 euro
Registration fee includes welcome reception, lunches and conference excursion
Payment
Payment of the registration fee is the final registration for the conference.
